ONLY 1 Contract needs to be sent in. Current families have until 3/31/21 and then new families will be allowed to enroll their children. If you delay filling in your enrollment contract you risk losing your spot in your childs class.
For NEW families: In order to apply for enrollment, THIS ENTIRE file: Eman Schools-New Student Packet must be filled out and a check for $50.00 per student, made payable to Eman Schools, must be submitted. (This file includes the Internet Usage Policy, Medical History/Emergency Authorization Form, Home Language Survey & Request for Student Records)
Students in Grades 1st and Up who have previously attended any private or public school, must fill out a request to have their student records sent to Eman Schools. Request for Student Records This will ensure that Eman Schools will receive all the students standardized test results, discpline records, and any IEP’s/modifications made for the student or any other pertinent documents.
Students transferring to Eman Schools in Kindergarten and UP, either from a Public or Private School, MUST meet with the Eman Schools Administration and ALL school records (including grades, standardized tests, IEP/Modification and disciplinary records) must be obtained PRIOR to Eman Schools making a determination about acceptance into the school. Once Eman Schools Administration has determined your acceptance into our school, parents MUST provide a copy of the students birth certificate (a notarized translation is required if the birth certificate is in ANY language OTHER than English), and an up-to-date copy of their immunization records.
Financial Assistance for Eman Schools students is limited and parents who are applying for financial aid MUST fill out this:
You must also include a copy of your 2020 Tax return and MOST current pay stub with the application NO LATER than June 1st, 2021. Financial Aid is limited to students in 1st grades and UP. (There is NO FINANCIAL AID available for PreK & KG students!)
